Prior to launching Kinetic, Charlie spent +20 years as an operating executive, management advisor, and consultant specializing executing strategic change initiatives that involve technology or in digital environments. His experience spans new business launches, organizational transformations, merger integrations, and the implementation of a variety of technology/systems solutions for fast-growing start-ups as well as mature organizations as well as and turn-around environments. He really enjoys mobilizing and leading teams to make technology-oriented endeavors grow to scale in exciting ways and in an ethical manner. Charlie holds a BA from Occidental College and a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois.
