William Bock is a member of the Advanced Solutions team at Epsilon, helping blue-chip clients like Hilton and Staples manage their data assets and provide a personalized and consistent customer experience. He is a member of the IAB’s Ad Tech and Programmatic Councils as well as the Trustworthy Digital Supply Chain, having managed eBay’s programmatic offerings and anti-fraud countermeasures. William began his career on the agency side, developing holistic omni-channel campaigns for AT&T and ING Direct. He holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in Economics and Psychology, and lives in Chappaqua with his wife and two daughters.
